These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and gt77 ("gt77," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the gt77 website located at https://gt77.xyz and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the gt77 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

To register and use the gt77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

6. You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. All accounts must be registered and operated solely by the account holder for their own personal use.

To access the full range of gt77 services, you must create a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the gt77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gt77 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. gt77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Verification: gt77 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. You agree to provide any documentation requested, including but not limited to a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Suspension: gt77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these Terms, or any activity that may harm the integrity of the Platform.

All financial transactions on the gt77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: gt77 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PESONet, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may change from time to time at gt77's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing Times: Deposits are generally credited to your gt77 wallet within minutes of confirmation. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.
• Withdrawal Verification: gt77 may require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the gt77 account holder.
• No Third-Party Payments: gt77 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All payment methods used must be registered in the name of the account holder.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and winnings are denominated in PHP. gt77 does not charge currency conversion fees on PHP transactions.

gt77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. gt77 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Bonuses must be claimed and used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Unclaimed or unused bonuses will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• gt77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus terms, gt77's decision shall be final and binding.

gt77 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment. The following terms apply to all games available on the Platform:

• Each game available on the gt77 Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before playing.
• All games on the gt77 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time.
• gt77 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has occurred that materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded on gt77's server, the server record shall be the definitive record.
• gt77 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game. Games may be removed, modified, or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, licensing changes, or other operational reasons.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gt77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or dishonest conduct in connection with the Platform or any game.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by the Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the Platform or the experience of other players.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform software. Any such vulnerability must be reported to gt77 immediately.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without gt77's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content.
• Use any Content for any commercial purpose or for any public display.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any Content.

Any unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gt77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service or Platform unavailability due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond gt77's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gt77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

gt77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

gt77 will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the services, or as described in the Privacy Policy. gt77 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the gt77 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
